The training season starts….
And I’m freaking unfit, run also cannot run properly, freaking shit….okaes, 1.5 wks since I last run….for the past few days, haf been doing other exercise but not running…needa start dragging tiga doggie for runs….
New stuff during training…long time nv lift weights liao, damn tiring but kinda effective I feel…coz when go back into the water like suddenly gt more strength for a short while onli then end training liao…
Okaes, time to zzzz a while….
